Fairy Hugs - Oliver relaxing at twilight!

 Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!!

  This is a really fun card!  Simple background using Fairy Hugs Background paper - Mountain View!

I stamped Fairy Hugs - Full Moons over the moon on the paper and heat embossed it with a hologram embossing powder. Next i stamped Fairy Hugs - Logs and heat embossed that with clear embossing powder.  On a white piece of card stock i stamped Fairy Hugs - Oliver and heat embossed him with clear embossing powder.  i colored in the white hightlights on Oliver with Prismacolor pencils to match the background paper.   Then i hand cut out, Oliver and checked out where i wanted him on the log...but i didn't adhere him yet, because i needed to stamp the Fairy Hugs - Bulrushes at the bottom and on top of the log on the paper. I did stamp the bulrushes in VersaFine Ink - Pinecone.  I also, then, stamped Fairy Hugs - Flying Owl with VersaFine Ink - Morning Mist (i stamped him twice to make him a bit darker).  I colored the flying owl with Prismacolor pencils too.  Now i attached the prepared card to the card base and then i added Oliver with double sided foam tape!

Fairy Hugs - Whooo is there?

 Fairy Hugs Store  has their own line of stamps, paper, glitter and ink!

Today i would love to share Fairy Hugs Stencil - Woody!

So this is what i did to create this card:

First, i inked up the card base layer with Distress Oxide - Scattered Straw.

Then i layed the Fairy Hugs Stencil - Trees on top and inked the background with Distress Oxide - Speckled Egg, Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans.  Now i have a perfect background for stamping!

I stamped Fairy Hugs - Dancing Mushrooms with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone.

I also stamped Fairy Hugs - Oliver (owl) with VersaFine Clair - Nocturne.

Because VersaFine Clair stays wet a bit longer i was able to heat emboss the mushrooms and owl at the same time with Nuvo Fine Embossing Powder - Clear. 

Just to make the stamps "pop" more i use a white gel pen and outlined each one and colored in some of the circles in the mushrooms.  I thought the sky needed some stars so i added white gel dots.

I put the card layer on top of a Fairy Hugs Background paper - Under the Sea

Fairy Hugs - Oliver was stamped using VersaFine Clair - Nocturne and then he was embossed with Nuvo Clear Embossing Powder. His beak and eyes were colored with Prismacolor pencils.

The Fairy Hugs - Logs was stamped with VersaFine Clair - Pinecone and embossed with Nuvo clear embossing powder.

The background behind Oliver was is Fairy Hugs - Net and was stamped with Distress Oxide Ink - Dusty Concord and also embossed with clear embossing powder.

I have also used Fairy Hugs Fairy Scapes - Moon Glow Green.
